Getting to Know You-Consultation and Proposal
- A 60 minute consultation to discuss your goals, expectations, and receiving the maximum return on investment.
- We tour the house noting both the good and the bad from a buyer’s perspective.
- We provide a quick staging demonstration by transforming a small area in your home.
- We follow up with a proposal for merchandising and visually marketing your home to enable a speedy sale at the highest price or in the case of redesign provide a fresh updated look.
- A portion of the consultation fees will be credited towards future service if a committment is made that day.
Written Action Plan
- Add a written Sonoran Accents Action Plan to complete the look yourself. We’ll take an extra hour to go through your home to fill out our Action Plan.
- Hard copy of the plan will be provided by email.
Vacant Home Staging
- The need to stage a vacant home is as critical as a furnished home.
- We add enough furniture to give the space a warm, open and comfortable feel.
- Staging gives buyers a frame of reference and fuels their imagination.
Occupied Home Staging
- We create a model home environment while allowing you to live there.
- As needed we install show linens to update and neutralize a home.
- We add our accessories, silk plants and art, as needed, to increase your home marketabilty
- We provide a written guide to living with staging accompanied by photos to maintain the model home look.
THE STAGING PROCESS
Initial Consultation -
1. Meet with the home sellers and/or real estate agent and preview the home.
2. Take pictures, measurements and create diagrams for space planning. .
Furniture Planning-
1. Meet with the furniture rental company that best fits the project.
2. Select furniture pieces that meets staging goals and fit the seller’s budget.
Staging Day-
1. Meet the furniture rental company and direct placement of the furniture.
2. Install additional accessories-bed linens, wall coverings, plants, trees, table decor, pillows, throws, light furniture, knick knacks etc. per our design plans.
Sold!-
1. When the home is sold and escrow is almost closed meet the furniture rental company and de-stage the home. We highly recommend keeping the home staged through the buyer’s inspection.
Soft Staging
This service is for the investor who wants to take the hard edges off a vacant property making it more memorable.
- We will stage the kitchen and all bathrooms.
- On a case by case basis we will address and furnish, if needed, individual rooms.
- Cost too will vary by situation. Options including costs will be presented and implemented by mutual agreement.
This is more than rolled towels (Please see our portfolio.); full staging is aways the best choice for anyone who is looking to maximize their investment. One Time Color Consultation

- We will come to your home or business and discuss the colors you love and those you don’t.
